I have CC's album but not gotten around to listening to it yet.

Slipknot - All Hope Is Gone

New single (out next week). It's average. Hopefully the new album delivers more.

currently listening to: Rage Against the Machine, Cavalera Conspiracy, Opeth, Porcupine Tree, Russkaja, Rise Against, Beatsteaks, Incubus, Die Ärzte, Skind-Red (What a crazy show i tell ya!), Motörhead (they played 4 (!!) bonus songs)

Saw them all LIVE the last days. They where my highlights.

Just spent at least an hour watching pics and vids while crying. It was that good yes.

Kinda regret that i didnt take the stressfull 45min walk from blue to red stage to see Bullet for my Valentine, however the female company during Incubus was worth it.

@Zoetrope: Cavalera Conspiracy is a small jump back towards the early-mid 90's Sepultura material. It doesn't stand up to albums like Arise by any means, but it's certainly not a bad little release.

NP: City and Colour - Bring Me Your Love
UN: City and Colour - Sometimes

Always nice to take a step back and revert to throwing something different into my playlist every now and then. I <3 good acoustic music, and these two albums certainly fit the bill. Makes me all the more pissed off that I missed catching Dallas live at a festival a few months back, because seeing this material in a live environment would have been awesome.

Why has noone told me that MGS:TTS has one of the best soundtracks?

Infinltrator vs Parasite is evil and will surely be used in a frag video.

"Nostradamus" by Judas Priest. Pretty solid album, considering it's their first concept album. It just feels like Sad Wings-lite at some points, though.

NP: Hot Water Music - Fuel for the Hate Game

Classic post-hardcore album. Love the crunchy guitar tone and prominent rhythm section, with Chuck's vocals being quite a good acquired taste too.

UN: The Wombats - A Guide To Love, Loss & Desparation

Getting another spin in honour of me going to see them in August for the 2nd time this year. A little easier on the ear than Arctic Monkeys, etc. and the humour in their lyrics is a little more to my liking too. Good times.
