Love the vocalist's voice in this band, the guy can be powerful at times, but still with a very 'clear' voice, not turning into yelling or screaming...a real singer.

He's like the male equivilent(sp?) to the Nightwish 'voice' in Metal. Great melodies in the majority of their tumes(not all, a few are kinda mediocre)

Gouryella - Gouryella

Need I say any more? DJ Tiesto and Ferry Corsten, both being near their peak, collaborated for a side-project and produced a number of fantastic tunes, with this being the standout. The video (keep in mind that is a shortened mix) is tacky as hell yes, but the tune itself is nothing short of legendary. Ever since I purchased a copy of this a couple of years ago I have listened to it at least a few times per week. One of the immortal releases in the trance genre.

I find this song interesting as it just has a unique balance of male and female vocals. I think a good portion of Tristania fans don't much care for their newer music (And Equilibrium being something from the newer side), but I've enjoyed it just as much as the older stuff.

It has a rather interesting video too...I want to say you can still find it on You Tube.
